Pedal goes all the way down. Reservoir full. Pump lever with cap off reservoir, bubbles in fluid, but level does appear to go down. None seems to be leaking out.
Pedal depresses fully, no resistance, or braking. Reservoir full. If pedal pumped with cap off bubbles appear in fluid, but fluid level doesn't go down. No sign of any leaking out.
