I've just acquired a 1981 cb 750 custom, imported to the UK from the USA. Few problems like its only running on no.1 cylinder but working on it. Dohc- what spark plugs should it have?
 
NGK D8EA works well. The OEM heat range.

Run compression check to begin with, commonly the bikes have been run into the ground when nobody ever adjusted valves, even the shops were lackluster about it. That coupled with somewhat errant clearance specs brings them down to not hit on all 4 a LOT. Carbs almost impossible to clean right add to that.

Compression spec is 170 psi.

There's other places too as well if that zip doesn't work, I myself have issue with Mega from time to time, some wonky virtual ram space limit error of sorts.
