Looking for parts

So I'm new and this is my first build. I bought a 1980 cb750c. This bike had been sitting for a long time and anything that could have detearated DID!!! which I'm ok with ... that's the fun part... so my question is when I'm searching for parts ( not OEM) because most websites do a good job at listing what parts go to your bike that are OEM...

I want to know what parts are enterchangable with my bike ?
Year?
Model?
