2 bikes to choose from. Help

Living in spain and have found 2 bikes I love. 1 is a doer-uper which hasn't started since 2014. Both bikes are far away. I was hoping to see the cheaper blue one next weekend and hopefully give it a compression test. (Would you trust the finger over the sparkplug hole for ok compression as I'm on able to get a proper gauge kit in time)? It has no licence so all in all it could cost a bit to have up and running and beautiful.

The black one which says it's a super sport but from the side panel I believe it's not. Is beautiful and ready. Which would you choose. I would change lots of things to the black one as I like more the cafe style.

I want the bikes for here in spain. I could buy one in America and have it sent with a container to Europe for free.

Help please.
