Hey guys, new to the forum and new to the CB750.

I am building a rigid bike but an issue that I am having is that the frame has a HD Big Twin 1" neck tube but I want to use the stock front end off of the 92 Nighthawk (dont want to FORK out all the money to convert over to a HD front end) I am having a hard time finding any information on if this is possible or how it could be done. Any help would be appreciated.

Length figures in there as well, not just size of hole only. And where did you get the one inch?, OEM Japanese is twice that big at least. Tube or size of the shaft inside itself? The Japanese fork tubes alone will be way bigger than one inch which is 25 mm. Fork tubes now commonly well over 40 mm.

This may help............

Go to 'tech tips', then 'stock steering stem sizes' chart.
