hey everyone. i took apart my carbs to clean and learn at the same time.
this is a 1982 hondcb750F
im a complete newbie.
im having trouble putting the carbs back together. i dont know what these parts are called exactly (circled in the picture), but it looks like the pully that synchronizes the opening of the carbs.

its there's a thin wire that is coiled in a circle and a little shaft piece that looks like they're suppose to connect. i have no idea where they're suppose align. please help!
