The timing chain had been making noise so I have ended up doing a quick overhaul. Broke one piston ring, but other wise it went ok.
Will try and run it soon, so more pics to come.

Flat aluminum engine paint, took it for a test drive, wow! Special thanks to DirtDigger for his imput on this. I have built many motors over the years but with the bikes this was my first. I cant wait to start the restoration on my other 1975 cb750. Yes I have a collection of these things!

No problem Matt, I love these motors so let us no if you need any other help. BTW that kick starter looks really tweaked:wink2: Now you need to get some emblems on the tank and side covers and she will look like a 750:thumbsup: Looking good!
