Advice on price: 1980 Honda CB750F

He's asking $3500, I'm new to these older bikes, and instead of hitting him with the KBB/NADA values, I wanted to get some advice from the experts here.

I was thinking closer to $2600, because the carbs are $800 on sudco.

Mechanic owned.
2nd owner. (original owner tucked it away in his garage for 30 years)
Valves adjusted 800 miles ago to the new specs (.005),
oil changed 100 miles ago (changed every 1000 miles with synthetic oil),
new clutch,
newish tires - what? lol
new chain.
New Keihin CR29 round slide carburators
Kerker headers with a Supertrapp Muffler
Upgraded double piston brake calipers
Stainless Steel braided lines
Upgrader Master Cylinder
New clutch with stiffer springs
Custom seat
Upgraded CBR ignition
New Battery
Iridium Spark plugs
throttle controls are from the euro model cbs
all new lighting - the lights get brighter as he revs higher,not sure if this is a good/bad thing.
