I have a '78 cb750k that I've recently got running for the first time in over 2 years. Very exciting stuff. I do have one issue though. My right side solenoid, for cylinders 2 and 3, is heating up tremendously. I had the original coil on it, bought a new(used) one thinking it was the coil and they both got very hot as soon as I turned the key. After some time, say around 15 minutes of having the key on the solenoid and the metal frame mount are hot to the touch and cause the 15amp main harness fuse to blow. I have checked the points and the signals are consistent as far as the left and right coils go. Not really sure where to go from here. Thanks for any suggestions!
