I have a 2002 Nighthawk 750, 2nd owner, great shape, except for one problem: after running for a while, after stopping it won't start. I need to jump it to get it started, even though the battery is at about 12.65 volts. It acts like the battery is dead. Like there's something choking the current and not letting it get to the starter. I'll jump-start it and ride home, put the charger on it, and next day, with the battery at about 13.47 volts and the engine cold, it starts right up. Runs beautiful, can't hear a valve ticking. I cleaned the connections of the battery, coils, emptied the gas tank and cleaned it, etc. Has anybody had this problem?
