What are the differences (if any) between 1982 C (@79HO) & 1983 SC (@66.5HP) ENGINES

Wikipedia shows the '83 SC being 749CC and 66.5HP. While the '82 C is 748CC and 79HP. What are the difference between these engines?

Mistakes............NONE of them ever made 79 hp, the max I've seen is 75. The engines are all the same other than the exhaust systems and minor carb tuning for them. If the engine was run on dyno then parasitic load is why one number looks high as compared to another. Both engines have close to same exhaust system (4-4), and it's not as good as the 4-2 the F models use. so maybe 68-70 gross (not net) hp. on either one. I had an '83 Nighthawk engine in an F with header and it ran in the 12's 1/4 mi. with my fat ass on it, definitely was NOT making only 66 hp. then.
