Rather than chasing my tail and wasting time, I thought I would ask everyone here. I have a 1979 CB750K, original air box/filter/carbs, 4 into 2 exhaust with the following slip-ons:

Given that the exhaust gaskets are new/no leaks, the intake boots are all tight and sealed, and the carbs are clean - what size jets would you suggest, mixture screw position, and should the needle be moved?
It had Mac slip-ons prior to these and it seemed to run quite fine. As you can see, these slip-ons are opened up quite a bit more which would lead to more air and less fuel present.??
Thanks for your help. Two photos below of before and after.
