1979 CB750K was licensed thru January 2012. PNO is paid thru January 2013 since the transmission input shaft bearing went last year.
Odometer reads 95,832. Motor leaked a considerable amount of oil. You can see the spot I cleaned on the megaphone showing chrome underneath. Left mirror glass is broken, and the seat obviously need to be recovered.
A custom paint job was done in 2002. A small pinhole on the top right side of the tank has caused a bubble in the paint, shown in the picture. All paint waxes up great. There are a few very minor paint scratches.
In 1993 a complete front end from a 1981 or 82 CB900 was installed, which has a mag wheel, dual disks, and a larger fork tube diameter than a stock 750. A second horn and a 27,000 uf capacitor was added for increased burst intensity. All turn signals and headlight hi/low beams work. A manual oil pressure guage is installed, readable while riding.
Tires are Chen Shin and have about 50% tread.
Exhaust is a Kirker 4 into1 in fair condition, with a chrome megaphone and removable, repackable baffle.
included.
Some extra parts include: Pictured rack, and inner fender with tool box, rear wheel, old front brake calipers, 2 sets of used relinable brake shoes. And more. Like a box of extra parts (and a whole complete good clutch assy, and electrical parts, like spark units and handle bar controls, starter, etc) worth more than at least a few hundred from your salvage yard. Contact me for specifics.
