As I bought it:

After:

Broomstick handlebar
New grips
Removed tail/trunk/rear fender
New tail lights
Lowered instrument cluster
Lowered headlight/new bracket
New front turn signals
Removed rear view mirrors. replaced with bar end mirror
Wrapped exhaust
Painted tank, left side cover (right side missing) and headlight bucket
New tank decals
Painted muffler

Nice progress. With your lowered headlight you could lower your gauge pack by flipping the bracket upside down. Cheap trick I learned from some old school boys.
 
Thanks for the tip. I did lower the gauges by drilling out the studs and bottom mounting them with one-inch spacers. They don't look lowered in the second pic, but if you look at them in relation to the tank and top of the triple tree you can see they were brought down quite a bit.
