Are 11 3/8" Rear Shocks too short?

I put 11 3/8" rear shocks on my CB and I think they might be too short and not provide enough clearance. Does any have an opinion or done the same thing and have any clearance issues? I just want a good low stance on my bike but i think it might be too low to function properly.

I hope not, just ordered a set, should have them tomorrow. From what I've read, they should work. CycleX sells them.

as long as it clears the tire under load it's all good. you will have probably to change the kickstand angle.

I have 9 1/2 inch shocks on my 72 cafe but I have no rear fender and a cb 360 trees and forks and a 16" rear wheel. It's low but handles great

I have the CycleX shorties. They are a little more stiffly sprung but I like the look and haven't had any clearance problems (I don't ride with passengers). I did have to change the side stand angle slightly and have to run the rear tire onto a 2x4 to use the center stand but it was worth it.
