Hi Guys will do an intro when I get a chance but for now I'm trying to ID an engine I am looking at purchasing & its a bit confusing as I know that the pistons are stamped 410 but there is only a slight possibility they are not the original which leans me towards thinking this is an F2.
The engine number is CB750E – 2616663 So the big question is would this be 1976 or 1977
I notice that one of the reference charts in the CB750 archive is missing all the 2600 numbers? conspiracy? lol
I am wanting to use this motor for parts when rebuilding my 72 K2 race bike which has gearbox issues & possibly big end trouble so I am looking at exchanging parts.
