'76 shaft, spark advancer shaft
Looking to buy a '76 shaft, spark advancer - it is slightly bent. The PO laid the bike down and wiped out the right side. I have a newer advance plate but the rod and oil seal are hard to find.

OEM: 30231-300-010 SHAFT

On the parts fiche, it's part number 8. Don't know the seal number but it's right behind the advance plate'

Thanks for looking
Ray

The shaft is discontinued. If it is not broke you can easily bend them back into alignment. Use a dial indicator and tap it back straight until you have minimal runout. If you need a new shaft then you will be looking at used only...sometimes on ebay.

You are talking about the crankshaft seal? The crankshaft seals are readily available from many sources. Honda #91201-300-003 The crankshaft seal actually has a rib around the outside that prevents it from being replaced without splitting the case halves. Is the seal damaged or is it just a precautionary replacement?
