Winker or beeper?

1978 Super Sport, front turn signals come on with ignition on (parking light feature I guess) and light up when signal switch activated. But no blinking and no beep from the signal beeper. Do I have a blown winker module or signal beeper or both? Thanks.

Sometimes that's a symptom of low voltage. Check your battery.

Thanks Grepper. Voltage at around 12.8 Vdc at idle. Headlight seems to grow a little brighter with revs. Is that too low? Do I need to crack open the regulator and do a little adjusting?

Thats were it is supposed to be. Never get better than that out of a 750 at idle.

Thanks Dirtdigger. Can you test the winker to see if its good or not? I am going to disconnect the beeper leads to see if a separate 12V source will tell me if it works.

The flasher should just be a two pin flasher unit on the 78 i believe, just go get a cheap one from an auto parts store. Its nothing special.
