Weisco Big Bore Kit for your DOHC CB750 or CB900.

67.5mm pistons (5.5mm oversize), 10.25-to-1, Weisco 4218M06750 (x4), with rings and pins.

Using the stock 62mm stroke will get you about 890cc. Using a 68.78mm stroke will get you 985cc.

These pistons are LIKE new, minimal use, with a very small amount of carbon on the tops. Direct from Weisco, they're $152.32 each ($609.28 a set), plus shipping/taxes/etc. You will obviously need your cylinders bored out to match, but as luck would have it... I have CB750K cylinders that have already had that done. What's a bored set of cylinders worth? I'm not sure....

I know that I am never going to use these on my ratty CB750K and someone here can put them to better use.

Asking $500 for the whole set including the cylinders, plus shipping. I will consider splitting up the set. Located in Southwest Ohio, Northwest of Cincinnati. You're welcome to pickup to save postage cost, or if you want to have a closer look for yourself, email me and we'll set something up.

Even though these pistons obviously have very minimal run time, I don't know which piston was in which cylinder. The bores are still very smooth and you can still see the crosshatch pattern, but I'd probably do a quick hone before putting them back into use. If they're not sold within the next couple days, they will find their way on eBay.

The corner chip on one fin.

Greasy fingerprints and very minor carbon on the tops, but otherwise 'Like New'.

Looks like a nice set. That corner chip shouldn't be too hard for someone to fix (if they wanted) considering its location. Wish I had the money.

If I were to keep it (which I'm not), I'd just smooth down the edges. It's really not that noticeable, probably even less noticeable with the head mounted.

I've had a couple local people that were interested, but neither were able to come up with the doe. I think I may have a buyer for it from halfway around the world though. I've spend the last week or so researching how best to ship it without damage and I'm confident that I can do it. ;)

Do you still have these? I am in Ohio and could come down to pick up in person. Thanks.

Was expecting a PayPal payment Monday or thereabouts. That hasn't happened yet (guess I need to follow up), so technically yes... I still have it.

Thanks for keeping me informed. Do you have any other 750 parts (like a straight frame w/ clear title)?

These are the leftover DOHC CB750K items I have (I should probably start a new thread):
- Rear Fender, pretty nice.
- Front Fender, pretty beat up (it came with my CB750 as a spare).
- Rear Grab Rail
- Tank Emblems
- Fork Badge/Emblem
- Rear Turn Signal, Rectangular style, only have one.
- Round Turn Signals, Pair (I think these were found on the CB750C, weren't they?).
- Rectangular Mirrors. Assuming these not to be stock, but they say 'Made in Japan'.
- Chrome/Foam aftermarket grips.
- Coils
- Spark Ignitors, Pair, MPS-200 OKI (CDI/ECU)
- Headlight Reflector Puck
- Chrome Headlight Ring (need to confirm size)
- NOS Piston Pin Clip Circlip, Honda Part No. 94601-15000 (Qty.9)
