You need new front rubber, the old cracks if you get carbs in then you have vacuum leaks so you haven't cured anything. On those engines the manifolds
Received used regulator today. The cover looks like it has never been off since new. I removed it and all parts inside are super clean. reinstalled cover

Dunno why everybody makes such a big deal over tires, they all work fine until they get some road crown wear on the front to make bike begin to wobble
Use the carbs you got, the other ones cost more than bike is worth.
