    The rear boots pretty much pnly a Honda part. Fronts (to head) can be got in a couple other places.

    So it was the carbs. The slides on 1 and 4 were sticking open. The bike is finally fully functional.

    I plugged the brown and white meter wire directly into the black power supply. For the running lights I ran a new wire from the black power in the headlight
